We are happy to see that you might have found some of the jewelry exciting and want to know more about our shipping. Let us tell you how the order process is.

The first thing you should know is that we offer FREE SHIPPING IN THE US on all orders and Internationally on orders above $80. No extra fees or surprises at checkout.
After your order payment is verified, it may take 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. If you purchase after 9 am EST, it will not be shipped out until the following business day. If you order after 9 am EST on a Friday, we will most likely ship your order on the next Monday. You will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received any email after two days, please reach out to us.

Duties and Fees on International Orders

If you order outside the USA, please note that your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and taxes. Due to the complexity of international laws that are country-specific, we do not include those fees in orders.

You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value, so no need to ask.

If an order is refused at the point of delivery, then you are responsible for the shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.
