To use the lifetime warranty, you must present a receipt of purchase.
The warranty covers repairs of the following:
• Damaged lock or closure
• Broken cord, elastic or string
• Cracked beads (gemstones)
Kindly note that the warranty does not include the following:
• Discoloration of metal and beads
• Issues with plating
• Wear and tear of leather
Please don’t send us your item without talking to us first, as there could be issues such as international customs fees that you might not be aware of. We want this process to be as good as possible.
