Shipping policy

We take about one to two days to process all in-stock orders. If you are having your item custom engraved or stamped it can take up to four business days.

Orders within the US typically takes between two to five business days to arrive. International orders vary depending on destination, but average is 14 days. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout for an extra fee. As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email containing tracking information. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to generate the tracking on their website, so don’t worry if it doesn’t show up right away. If you tracking hasn’t appeared within four business days or you need lead time information on an out-of-stock item, please contact us at vip@daniyama.com.

We are sorry to hear this. You can contact us at vip@daniyama.com and we will assist you with the process of filing a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier. Sadly, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after the carrier has dropped them of.

We ship to any valid registered mailing address anywhere within the US, and to any international destination. We however don’t ship to P.O. boxes with no exception.

We are proud to offer FREE Two-Day Priority Mail shipping with USPS on all purchases within domestic USA. Other express options are available but at an extra cost that varies depending on the destination. We offer free international shipping on orders over $80. International orders below $80 will be calculated at checkout.

We are here to help you with any expedited shipping as well. At checkout you will be able to choose the best option for you. You can also shoot us an email at vip@daniyama.com and we will do our best to help you.

You will only be able to update the shipping address within the first hour of placing your order. After that you will have to reach out to us at vip@daniyama.com to see if it can be updated or how to process.

No worries – we ensure all our packages and ship them “Signature Required” on delivery. When a courier has the package they have the responsibility and after it is delivered, that transfers to you. Always make sure to inspect your package for damage or if it is has been opened before signing for the delivery.

All Daniyama Jewelry orders are packed and shipped from Miami in Florida, US.

International Orders

Any refund will be credited in the currency and payment method that you used to pay for your order.

Yes, you are responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the Customs Authority of your country. Most of the time you can relatively easy find the information with a google search relating to jewelry import to your country.

Any international custom fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges are non-refundable through Daniyama Jewelry. You might be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. We recommend that you check with your country’s Customs Office Policy before returning your item.

Return Policy

Making you happy is what we are here for. Should you for any reason not be happy with your purchase, then we’ll be happy to offer a no-questions asked refund or exchange on any US purchase for up to 30 days after your order was received – as long as it is in original condition, of course. No worries, we are here to help. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery and repurchase the correct size. Visit https://daniyama.myreturnscenter.com/ to process your return. If it has been more than 30 days, then reach out to us on vip@daniyama.com and we will help you for a small fee.

We will be happy to help you return any purchase within the first 30 days after you have received your purchase. Please send us an email at vip@daniyama.com and we will send you a shipping label for your return package, as well as details on how to proceed. The cost of the international return label will be deducted from your overall refund – it is typically between $30 to $50. We are not responsible for returning Duties, Taxes or any other payed import fees.

At this moment we don’t offer exchanges on our international orders. You can always contact us at vip@daniyama.com if you wish to modify or cancel your order before it ships.

Ordering & Payment

In the rare cases where we might not have material to make and complete a product, then you can always reach out to us via email at vip@daniyama.com and we can tell you more about when we expect it to be in stock. 

Not often, and most of our promotions are only given to the subscribers of our newsletter as well as a heads-up. You can easily signup your email here to ensure you won’t miss out.

We choose to make it as simple and easy for you to see what your purchase will cost right away. By law, we have to pay the appropriate sales tax, but this happens behind the scene and is included in the price you see.

We accept all major credit cards through the Shopify payment service and PayPal. You can also choose to pay through out third-party payment service Afterpay.com.

Sadly no. We are a young and small design studio and don’t yet have capacity to offer this service. Fingers crossed for the future with your help. Until then, you can easily order online and if you have any questions we are ready to help you via email vip@daniyama.com

Sure, we are always up for the challenge. Send us an email on vip@daniyama.com about your custom request, then we will see how we can make it happen and what it will cost to do. Know that sale of any custom piece is final.

Oh, that’s an easy one. Log into your account on the website and under “my orders” you will find what you are looking for.

We can’t make changes or cancel your in-stock order after it has been fulfilled. If your order is made-to-order, we can change it until it is ready to be shipped. After that, you have to use our within 30 days return policy.

You can always see the size of the necklace chain on the product page. We have two types of necklaces. One that is a variable length where you can adjust the length yourself and one that is a set length. 

Our Products

Great question :) The difference between fashion (costume) and fine jewelry is the quality of the metal used and the authenticity of the stones set into the piece. 

Fine jewelry is primarily made out of silver, gold, platinum and other precious metals, genuine gemstones and pearls. A silver or gold plating over any other metal is considered fashion jewelry and not fine. 

Fashion jewelry is mostly made out of base metals such as brass, copper, cobalt, stainless steel, titanium, tungsten and iron pyrite. 

For most people it is about the feeling that a piece gives you and today you will also find pieces that might combine precious metal but with a faux pearl or gemstone. 

We use pretty much all combinations as we design for the look and feeling of a piece and not as much the metal. 

We use 14K and 18K solid gold or gold vermeil plating. The lower the karat in plating, the more resistant it will be when used often. That is why we might prefer 14K plating on more everyday pieces to make sure the plating lasts as long as possible. 

We are rooted in Danish design and artistry and based out of Miami in Florida, USA.

Our products are handcrafted and supporting local businesses and artisans around the world. We currently craft our products in U.S.A., Canada, PRC, The UK, and Germany.

We have an extensive process to ensure that our artisan partners keep up to the high quality and standard that we want to provide to our customers. Each partner is chosen specifically for their skills to produce our designs in the best way possible.  

We aim for good craftsmanship over saving pennies on the dollar. 

Our Company

However, our dream is to create a company around people, empathy and not blind greed. A plan that has a minimum salary of $25/h, fully paid benefits, 5-6 weeks vacation per year, ping pong table, 30 hour work week and much more. The future is bright :)
