International duties and taxes
International duties and taxes are not included in your order. This means your parcel may incur customs duties and taxes by your local customs office. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees to the local entity upon receiving your order.

Sales tax
Orders shipped outside of the United States are not subject to any sales tax. Orders shipped within the United States, are subject to local sales Tax, but this has been included in the price of each product. No added sales tax will be added at checkout. 

Order status and changes
You will receive several emails during your order process ensuring you the status of your order. Should you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service. 

Sizing
Sizes for the bracelets can be selected on our website at the product information page. Simply select the size that fits your wrist size. 

Picking a size can be difficult sometimes, and we would always recommend that you add 0.39-0.78 (1-2 cm) to have a little looser size. Remember if you want to use it together with a watch and need it bigger than your lower wrist.

If you are uncertain which size you need, or if you want it a little loose, or tighter, please let us know by email before the item is shipped. That way you prevent a resizing fee.
